This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for products and services purchased from Nishu Digital with its parent company, "Tessovate Technologies".
1. Digital Products (WhatsApp API, CRM, Website Templates) Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible and non-returnable, we generally do not offer refunds on digital product purchases.
Exception: If a digital product is proven to be non-functional or not as described, a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Digital Services (Subscriptions)
Social Media Management, Server Support: Subscription services are billed in advance. We do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing period if you decide to cancel. Cancellation will stop all future recurring payments.
Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads Management: Fees for ad management services are non-refundable for the period in which the service has already been rendered. The ad spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is governed by their respective refund policies and is not refundable by Nishu Digital.
3. One-Time Services (Coding Help) For one-time services like a specific coding fix, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If our team has already commenced or completed the work, a full or partial refund is not guaranteed.
4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@nishu.digital with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
