This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the prohibited uses of services provided by Nishu Digital with its parent company, "Tessovate Technologies". Violating this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your services.
1. Prohibited Activities You may not use our services to engage in, promote, or facilitate:

Abusive or Harmful Content: Distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, or invasive of privacy.
2. Enforcement Nishu Digital reserves the right to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this policy.
